About these terms

These terms apply to burakbayar.net and to one-time purchases for independent digital products, web projects and AI-powered tools made available by Burak Bayar.

Products and access

Each product page or Paddle checkout identifies the item, price, currency and delivery or access details. Please review those details before completing a purchase. Product access is personal and may not be resold, redistributed or used to infringe another person's rights.

Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as merchant of record and manages payment processing, applicable taxes and transaction receipts. The coffee page opens one-time prices only and does not create a recurring subscription.

Paddle's buyer terms are presented during checkout and also apply to the transaction.

Fair use

Do not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass access controls, misuse checkout, copy protected materials beyond an applicable license, or use a product for unlawful activity.

Availability

Independent projects may change, pause or be discontinued. Reasonable care is taken to keep descriptions accurate, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
