Refund policy

One-time purchases

Purchases from the coffee page are one-time transactions. They do not create monthly or recurring charges.

Request window

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Eligibility can depend on whether digital content has already been delivered, accessed or downloaded, as well as applicable consumer law. Your statutory rights are not limited by this policy.

How to request a refund

Email support@burakbayar.net with the Paddle transaction ID, the purchased item and a short explanation. Duplicate, unauthorized or technically failed transactions should be reported as soon as possible.

Processing

Paddle is the merchant of record and processes approved refunds to the original payment method. Bank or card processing times may vary after a refund is issued.
